During each visit we conduct a detailed checklist to ensure your property is running effectively and efficiently. Upon completion, software generated documentation is submitted to the homeowner. We are specialists in identifying symptoms before they turn into costly problems, thereby potentially saving homeowners thousands of dollars. 

1. Check for indications of attempted access, leaks, cracks, or damage to windows, doors or screens
2.  Assess the level of care provided and any damage caused by lawn and/or snow removal service companies
3. Check generator readiness and/or a readable remote monitoring system
4. Check for damage to or obstruction of roof and gutters observable from ground level
5. Collect packages, newspapers or other uncollected deliveries

We check every room, closet, pantry, basement, storage cabinets, ceiling, floors for ensuring secure, well maintained and addressing any issues promptly

1. Check and record thermostat settings and readings
2. Test faucets in sinks, tubs and showers to ensure expected function
3. Flush all toilets to check for leaks and function – (generally this lubricate seals and prevents odors)
4. Run garbage disposal (if applicable)
5. Check refrigerator and freezer temperatures
6. Short-cycle the dishwasher once per month to ensure function and prevent odors
7. Reset clocks on appliances after power failures
8. Confirm all door and window locks
9. Check garage for an attempted access or pests
10. Check electric panel for tripped or hot circuit breakers
11. Look over boiler and hot water heater for leaks, corrosion
12. Check PSI gauge on boilers
13. Observe all ceilings, coves for leaks or damage
14. Check oil and propane levels
15. Water plants
16. Check on cars and start as needed
17. Monitor in-home phone messages
18. Check wine refrigerator temperature and function
19. Inspect home for signs of rodents or insects
20. Monitor pool water levels after heavy rains

• Meet contractors and maintenance professional
• Move, remove or cover outdoor furniture
• Stock refrigerator and/or pantry with your favorites
